    Hi

    Just wondering if anyone has any feedback on Crozon Park estate?

    Thinking of moving in there but was hoping for some feedback on the area first.

    Its a nice estate, safe, with some nice, good size houses. close enough to town that you can walk, but not so close that you feel its an easy walk,as it is all uphill the way back. So having a car would be ideal but you could get by without one. I was going to move there but wanted to be closer to town since I walk everywhere, houses right in town are generally smaller though, so I sacrificed on size. It is has your average 'housing estate' atmosphere with lanes connecting the streets and groups of roaming kids, etc.
