    I have 3 bedrooms available in house 2km from N.U.I.G. All mon/cons . €300 per month per room, refuse included. PM for more details, no receipts for welfare.

    So, if there is a dispute over how much rent has been paid, the tenants won't have any receipts to prove they have paid? Doesn't that create a very unbalanced situation?

    Do you mean rent supplement / rent allowance?
