Any Renters in Grande/South Central in Sandyford?

Our lease is up the end of July, and our estate agents have sent us a request to renew with an increase of €100 in our rent. Their reasoning was

...in line with the current letting market & demand for similar type accomodation in the area we can offer you renewal terms at...

Would appreciate anyone else's input into what they are paying rent-wise in the Rockbrook Complex. We are in a 3 bed ground floor apartment. By the looks of the apartment setup, it was originally built for commercial purposes due to the layout of the "ensuite" bedroom.

If anyone was comfortable disclosing rent either on this thread or via PM, that would be great - just to give me an idea if the proposal is fair or not.

I recently came across this article: http://www.irishtimes.com/business/sectors/commercial-property/35-5m-for-338-apartments-in-four-dublin-schemes-1.1392957 It lists the average rents in Rockbrook.

There are 21 three-bedroom apartments which rent for an average of €1,300 per month; 30 two-beds which make €1,100; and 12 one-beds which fetch around €1,000.
