    RIP Mammy Bounce

Anyone got a number handy for the ISPCA?

Hope they get a decent burial

So Eoin was upset all day about Mammy Bounce "gone away". He is the sensitive one. In the rains last night he was worried about her getting wet outside with her Mammy and kept talking about her.

Then Aoibhe puked her ring all over the place.....

    Pox->Rabbits->Vommitting........................

Tummy bug here too. Not as bad as the little people but not something I need!

In with MWTT last night, a rub down while sick is not good. Legs not too bad. "Obviously not cycling much Dave"
    "Why?"
"You only get injuries and issues from cycling"

Interesting and reflecting on it, he is right.

Anyways Glenda and Ciarán home. Both doing well. Glenda sore after section. Eoin and Aoibhe are sick. Temperatures and cranky but could be worse. Fingers crossed Ciarán doesn't get it.

Did nothing over the weekend just not possible. Thirty minutes easy today. Okay run but left heel a little sore, suggests the left calf is tight. Probably from being on my feet all day the last three days in shoes. Rarely wear shoes normally retired runners.

Caz was sore after section too. So I literally did everything for the next week. She is breastfeeding and Zoe is testing us both. The odd half hour for sanity.

Just anything at any time you get done is a bonus. Forget any expectations.

My best regards to Glenda and little Ciaran. Wishing you all short bouts of heavy sleep :)

Ah sure, it will be out of the way then. Kids fly through it.

Eoin very very bad. Cannot leave his side. Not doing wonders for my running. Selfish side over, she got ten spots, he has about a hundred.

We found an oatmeal bath useful with our kids for chickenpox relief.

    +1 for bread soda/oatmeal baths
You can get cooling sprays from your pharmacy too to help relieve the itch. Essentially water mists

Calpol, neurofen, anti histamine, soothing creams and promises of the zoo. Thank God for the annual pass, been every week the last few months. Think will be there four times this week.

Ciarán being very good (Mammy may not agree - breast is best).

Eoin though is very bad. Could be something other than chicken pox so back to doctors today. He also wanted Ciarán to be quiet when he is watching TV and calls the baby a "goose".

Will try to get out for a run today, seriously considering a treadmill.

Ear infection and chicken pox for Eoin. Doctor amazed someone could be so cheery and happy while so sick and a 39 temperature.

Was asked did I have a medical card. Time to shave and ditch the tracksuit.

are you trying to stamp all over the green shoots of financial recovery? If we took on Tunney's medical bills not even the Germans could save us

Saturday and only two runs done this week. Nothing else not even commuting. Eoin was so sick he was glued to me and was awake on and off 24/7 so couldn't do mornings or nights.

Got out today today by going for a run with him first. Only a few hundred meters but he is only two, sick and he did his first GAA training session today. He lasted 45 minutes before he was wrecked and had to stop.

I only lasted 30 minutes and 6km on my run before lunch started repeating on me and bailed.

    He should sleep tonight anyways.
