    Who should pay for postage fees and paypal fees? Buyer or seller?

    Oh my all time favourite is make an offer and then not reply to any pm's. So far I've had a good few offers for my PSP and not one person followed through !!

    If selling you have to overprice because people will hit you with daft lowball offers and you have to be prepared to repeat the whole 'sorry no swaps line'.

    If buying you have to take into account that the asking price is usually 20% above the price the seller actually wants.

    If the seller is doing you a favour by posting it (ie saving you the hassle of driving to collect it) then of course you should pay the postage and fees.
