[Wanted] Two bed property in Dundrum / Sandyford area

    Hi all,

    Looking for a two bed property in the Dundrum / Sandyford / Ballinteer area. Ideally no more than 1250 a month. For a couple, neither of whom are students.

    Must haves:

    - At least one of the bedrooms a decent size, a lot of property advertisers seem to think a double bedroom is just one you can actually fit a double bed in to. Preferably both rooms would be double, but the second one can obviously be a bit smaller :)

    - A car park space. Assigned preferable.

    - Close to the Luas (within 10 minute walk). Unfortunately a lot of properties listed in Sandyford or Dundrum at the moment are 20 - 25 minutes walk from the Luas which is just too far.

    It may be asking a lot, but just thought I'd post on the off chance that someone here is going to have something available.

    We'd be looking to move near the end of this month (probably the 21st onward).

    Sorry, should have clarified. While we'll look at these, we'd prefer to be in the area of Sandyford around the Sandyford / Stillorgan / Kilmacud Luas stations, rather than Glencairn / The Gallops. :)

    Have seen most ads on daft, was kind of hoping there was some landlord on here who may have something they will be letting out soon and have yet to advertise.
