Camcorder that is USB friendly

    Hi,
    I am looking to buy a camcorder that is USB friendly - so that I don't need another charger. I don't care about high definition as it just chews disk space.
    Also low budget is what I am aiming at. Just some videos of the kids and family.

    Any tips?
