    Well, if he is pacing he can't be allowed in. That table is for racers who don't know that they can even hit their target time....

    I'm not actually racing this as you've now noticed from my target. This forms part of my recovery from illness, not quite as severe as the man flu, but nonetheless quite debilitating ;)

    Take me off the table, leave me on, I don't care, I'm a strong independent woman! Officer! :D

    Great to see the uptake on this.

    Digger - Am in agreement that pacers shouldn't really be in this. Are you happy to step back?

    RFR - Do you want to submit a defence to the allegations of sandbagging? Or alternatively revise your projection.

    I had a couple of easy weeks training leading up to the National half, so was pretty close to fresh for it. I won't be tapering in any sort of a way for Athlone, so unlikely to knock huge chunks off the time from Dublin. I'd love to be proved wrong of course and knock a chunk off, just can't see it happening.
