Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ask them how much you get back when you cancel. Personally wouldn't be comfortable without theft insurance as a minimum.

Did you not have a look at your policy document when you got it? Also, how long have you left on the policy? Might be worth while considering canceling if fairly new policy if not you may want to stick to it till it ends as you get another years NCB.

its my own fault for not reading stuff i suppose! not worth cancelling as it only runs till dec, ah well i'll pay more attention next time! just didn't realise that you couldn't upgrade cover half way thru

All the calls are recorded so ask them to listen to it again, if you asked for it at the start they will have to apply it now.

You can do an mid term adjustment to your policy it may result in an additional premium but you can upgrade to comp , class 1 use or full bonus protection, or add an additional driver. Can't understand how they won't allow the upgrade.

brother.. they can and they will. as for liberty you can change vehicle and third party / to fire theft or comp. anytime. you gonna pay a little more but you can for sure. double check one more time. you should be able to do so.
