Looking for a Reference.

I'm doing a bit of research on Met Eireann and can't for the life of me find a report that I am looking for. Chancing my arm here, and hoping someone on this forum could point me in the right direction.

The reference is:
Logue, J. J. (1975), Extreme Rainfalls in Ireland, Technical Note No. 40, Met
Eireann, Dublin
