does anyone know what is the minimum you can borrow for a mortgage? as in could I take out a mortgage out of 50k?

Yes you can take out a mortgage of 50k from most lenders.

im having nothing but hassle getting a mortgage of €65,000 for a buy to let and I have €20,000 deposit saved good luck and be prepared for a list of the stupidest excuses you could imaging :mad:
