Debit Card Abroad

    Hello,

    I'm going to Asia for a few weeks next week. Do I need to do anything to ensure my Debit Card is not blocked/suspended?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    When using your card abroad, we would always recommend calling Banking 365 and letting a representative know of your travel arrangements. That way, a note can be placed on your account. 

    Banking 365 can be contacted on 0818 365 365 / 00 353 1 4044000.

    Representative assisted hours are 8am - 12midnight Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
