credit union loan help?

    I am in full time employment but need money quickly for college fees. i need 1500 so i was thinking of getting a loan from the credit union. thing is, i dont have an account. i know you have to be saving 13 weeks and have a third of the loan amount (500) but i was wondering if they would make exceptions? i could still put the 500 in but do they make exceptions for the amount of time saving?
