There is no satellite dish so no need to enter that minefield ;)

Property was never advertised for rent. All tenants have also been African so presume it's word of mouth.

Is the property own front door?

If not, can the locks be changed on the common doors by the management company and no new key provided to the tenants, they will have to contact him to contact the management company then - you may either flush him out or they will move elsewhere? Same goes for bin keys or any other key issued by management company.

OP Even if the MC succeed in getting an address for the LL in the African Country he has gone too they will never succeed in getting the papers and proceedings served on him there.

Own front door. They have bin shed keys but will dump at shed door if we change the locks. Shed is behind locked gate but they have patio doors opening onto garden which also backs onto shed so they can get right up to the door of the shed without needing to open the gate.

Actually, the tenants are completely within their rights to not give you any bank details as it's personal data belonging to a third party.
And this is the reason why a court order is suggested.

This thread highlights that we need a public register of all owners of all properties.

Wouldnt be a lot of good in this case unfortunately. The OP already knows how the owner is; its tracking the guy down thats the problem!
