Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When I bought the r1 the bearings were loose. I tried tightening them but couldn't get rid of the play so I ordered new tapered ones instead.

When assembling, I had to tighten the bottom nut on the stem a lot more than the torque value given in the manual. I thought this might be because the oem bearings were the ball and cup type and neeeded less torque.

Everything was fine until I did the track day training at mondello the other day and noticed vibration in the bars when I was really hard on the brakes. I was also getting an occasional "click" from the headstock area which I could both feel and hear.

So I took the entire front end off the bike again and I can't figure out what the problem is. It just seems like bottom bearing isnt seating properly even though everything is in the right place.

Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
