Hi Guys looking for some advice I have been looking at apartments in carlow around the 50k price tag are these likely to continue to fall in price?

Below is an example of one such apartment is this a realistic asking price?

Afaik those apartments have been flooded before when the barrow burst its bank in the town, that might explain the low price.

Yes. Management company may be unable to get block insurance, lifts could be done in, etc.

Not to mention the risk of your car getting washed away...

Last time the area flooded all residents were evacuated by the fire brigade from a block quite close to this one because they feared subsidence and the risk of the block collapsing.

http://www.floodmaps.ie/ is very handy to save wasted time and avoid potentially fibbing estate agents.
