cz 452 pillar bedding...

    I'm preparing all the components to pillar bed my 452.
    Any suggestions what to use for the illars (and where to get it)? I (briefly) looked at b&q stock but found nothing that could be used as pillars... Any ideas...?

    You looking for material for the actual pillars?

    Small piece of 1/2" aluminium bar. Around €5-€10 will get you a nice piece and then cut/drill it to suit your needs.

    Failing that contact a gunsmith and ask them for a set.

    B&Q have 1/4" Ali tube that I used for bedding my 452 and sako 75 did the job perfect see the tips section on my sako 75 bedding

    @clivej in which section do B&Q have it (I spent half an hour looking for it but no luck)?
    As most of US forums recommend 3/8'' - I'm assuming 1/4'' will do...?

    Rack with metal sections in. Angle iron, tube, square etc
    Near screw isle
    I used 1/4"inside dia Ali tube
    Your action screws should be 6mm
