    Starting to kick off on east coast up North. Looking good. Hoping for some decent fork lightning but wish it was at night. Can't remember last nightstorm

    Wow, the whole eastern half of the country is red with strikes on the past 2 hours. Haven't noticed anything at work in Dublin CC though

    Heart of big storm now out to sea off Arklow,still constant crashing from it.
    No power here so only a crappy edge phone signal but looks like another cell approaching from the same direction as this 3hr monster.

    looks like another one is moving up as you say. my internet only came back a minute ago. i was in the carpark of suervalu a half hour ago and could barely make out the car on front with the rain
    hopefully we gets a lot more

    New storm chasing old one now,beyond funny at this stage.
    No lull in thunder since before 1pm south of Arklow
