Dental care in Australia ??? Bad tooth ache

Recently arrived in Australia . Have a really bad tooth ache cant bare the pain. Really cant afford the dentist at the moment , ive a british passport and im just wondering do I have to pay or is it free or whats the story . Any advice pleaseeee

Dental isn't covered as far as I can see.

Unless you have Private health insurance that covers dental you will be paying out of your own pocket.
