    hi
    resigned to eircom over two weeks ago phone BB the lot.
    the only thing i have received from them is an email stating that i am now with them and a bill for 51 euro.
    nice one eircom get the priorities sorted !
    no mention of BB router set-up or anything.
    (BTW i am still with my previous ISP).
    confused!

    join the club, its a disaster, read the bill carefully, have they taken the money already, can u cancel quickly etc etc. i am with vf fibre and its down since friday morning and wont be fixed untin god knows .... eek

    Seems they bill you for calls you make for the fraction of the first month up until one month after the date you signed up.

    Then they also bill you for line rental in advance.

    did you sign up to 'myeircom'? , all the details are there.

    Of course, none of this was explained when I signed up.
