That's expensive IMO. I think you'd get a good double room for 250 plus bills per month. Should cost you around 300 all inclusive

sounds a bit expensive to be honest esp as not including bills. but as said it depends on what part as well and other details e.g. single / double room? how many sharing etc...

If its for a two bed place that's normal. Smaller places (1 and 2 bad) are actually quite expensive in kilkenny. Mine is 350 without bills, but it's a nice place. Bills are never that dear! 20 electricity a month. 14 a month for Internet.
