    As it says looking for a personal trainer in Port or Portlaoise area, must be qualified as looking to put in some real work with them over the next couple of months. :D:eek::(

    Nigel pesrson is great he used to be in the maldrron has his ownn place now
    I found him great

    Try John Ging beside Fitzpatrick tyres near McDonald's. contact him if your serious about training. Comes from an MMA and jiu jitsu background. Has a great setup there where he is
