Injured achilles-how to keep fitness up?

    Hi all,

    Im a hurler and Injured my Achilles recently, going to see a physio tomorrow as still isn't right. As Im not going to run on it, how can I keep my level of physical cardiovascular fitness up? I am going to do aquajogging but how much use is that compared to normal training? Would cycling be any benefit? Thanks in advance for all replies.
