    When will you be replacing your shocking business banking application? 

    Every week I have problems with it.

    We are currently focusing on mandatory SEPA Solutions on Business Online. When this is completed we will then focus on improvements to online customer requirements. We will however, pass on your feedback to the Business Online Team.

    I was told in my branch when I was opening our business accounts (I manage 3 companies) that it would be replaced in 3 months. That was a year ago. 

    But thanks for your response, this has confirmed for me to leave BoI and go with a better provider
