    Ran the 20 mile as marathon pace. Course was very flat, the only hills were the speedbumps, did find parts of it a bit windy. Thought it was well organised, got caught out by the Sunday morning Luas schedule, so was glad to see the race start was delayed.

    The guy who won finished very strong, with just over four miles to go (when he lapped me) he was about 100mts down on the leader but in less than 3mls he turned it into a similar lead. Maira McCambridge looks in good nick for Dublin.

    Thanks to all who participated in last Sunday's races.

    Apologies for delayed start and fact that finish gantry was dismantled for last 3 finishers but, as Eve has said, all marshals were in place and were giving out the biggest cheers at that time especially at the finish area.
    The nature of this event requires serious support and cooperation from several parties in order for the event to take place so we as organisers do not have as much control over some factors as we might like to have.

    General feedback has been great and generally along lines of "Did what it said on the tin" as a convenient and fairly prices DCM or PB potential event :)

    Maria Mc C certainly looks strong in prep for defending her National Title at DCM
