In the wake of their debut album, Halves spent most of 2012 writing new material.
In August 2012, Halves travelled to record at Svenska Grammafon Studion, Gothenburg, Sweden.
Spending 18 hours a day for 11 days straight locked in a studio can do strange things to you. But, despite the sleep deprivation, malnutrition and lack of fresh air, their efforts were not in vain.
They came home with an album, 'Boa Howl'.
