Just an observation here on boards that between some of the threads pops up HSE funded quit smoking adds... That's the first irony, the second is that while the government rightly spends money like this they will still more than likely support the eu proposals to regulate as a medicine like the good little boys and girls…

When the fact for many if us is that this has been most successful for us.
