Hotel near baile Liam spiddal

    Hi ,
    Am not to familiar with hotels in Galway or Co Galway . My self and herself have medical appointment in spiddal around 22 July , am looking for hotel recommendation in Galway or near spiddal . How far from Galway is spiddal . Thanks for help .

    Spiddal is about 12 miles from Galway city but I see that supervalu are doing a deal in the Twelve Pins Hotel in Barna (about eight miles the city side of Spiddal) for €150 two nights bed and breakfast for two people. That's €37.50 b&b which is not bad for july and close to where you want to go. You would pay through the nose for a hotel in Salthill so don't bother even looking.

    The is on hotel in Spiddal itself. An Crúiscín Lán

    Never stayed there, but the restaurant is nice.
