Totally overgrown rocket?

Hi there, Am a novice gardener looking for advice. This rocket.jpg is completely overgrown isn't it? Is it too big for salads? Should I be bothered thinning it, or just harvest at this stage? M p.s. anyone want some rocket???

Its looking a bit big alright, but if you try it and it tastes ok, then its ok!
