Removing moss from old worn tarmac

Hey guys, I'm doing up an old house and I'm looking for a bit of advice on what to do with this mess.. Is there anything I can do or does it just need to be re-tarmac'd thanks,

A pressure hose with a turbo head will remove this, then apply a sealer on the Tarmac when dry that shoul sort it
