Dead whale dublin port after toll boths near road

Iwas in dublin port today and there is what looks like a small rotting whale just past the toll booth in the water near the road,did anyone else see this?

You should report it to the IWDG, if you have not done so already.
They may well already know about it but it doesn't hutr to make sure.

Its small looks like its started to rot,im not up on whale types but iv see small whitish coloured guys on discovery,think there called purpoises?spelling may be wrong,you can see the back and what looks like a drooped over fin an bulge on the back before the head,it may not even be awhale thats why im asking to see if anyone else seen it
