Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is there a local historical society for Galway? I have a copy of a map of the Ballinasloe Canal with some detail of householders on route that might be of interest to someone. It dates to c 1826 and the time of its construction.

About to head home today, I'll ask around. Also take a look at the forums on Ballinasloe.com, those guys will certainly show an interest...
