    Im arriving in Aussie at the end of Aug and i've completed a HC in Civil Engineering. I am under the impression that i wont receive the HC until graduation, which is at the end of Oct.

    My question is this will i be able to apply for jobs i would be qualified for or will i have to wail until the end of Oct ?

    Bring the transcript of your results to show you have passed. It will also be required if you need to get your degree recognised over here.

    if you are intending on staying on for longer than the WHV, it might be worth your while waiting on for the Ordinary Degree.

    i doubt the HC would count for much in terms of immigration.

    I won't need a whv or a graduate visa stay in the country

    A little more background to your situation would enable people to give better and more accurate answers.

    You could be vastly qualified, but have no experience. This would leave you unable to get a proper visa, it goes without saying your cv would be pointless in this case.

    Aussie = Australian person

    Oz, Australia, Land Down Under = The country Australia.

    Might make it easier for Aussies to understand what you actually nean.

    It doesn't say much for somebody's intelligence if they couldn't grasp what he meant.

    Well then you have the qualification so put it down on your resume.

    A piece of paper is nice and all but no one can take the qualification away from you.
