Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi.

Just wondering if anybody could give me some advice. Story is kind of long winded but if you get to the end, I'd appreciate if you could help me out if you know anything.

I received a decision from the Labour Relations Commission in my favour after being let go from my job without holiday pay or notice. When the employer didn't pay that, I eventually lodged it with the Circuit Court where they issued an 'Execution Order Against Goods'. I lodged this Order with the Sheriffs Office. He visited the premises once, said it was all boarded up, there was nobody to make a demand from and returned the Order marked Nulla Bona.

I know the company is still in existence as they restored in 2012 with the CRO and still have their premises but the actual organisation is run from Northern Ireland, where the directors live. They are completely uncontactable as they only operate through email & are ignoring me.

I need advice as to how to pursue my money. The CRO & ODCE have been no help.

Please advise if you can at all. It's for €6,000 so solicitors have said it's not worth my time after legal fees

after the sheriff, you can apply for an instalment order - but you'll need info on the person/company. they'll have to appear in court for this (though you wont). talk to your solicitor. they can advise you.

    Thanks for the response.

Can they be compelled to appear here if the directors have an address in northern Ireland?
