Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,

Dealing with some rules from the 2010 anti money laundering act. Non legal person here. As a rough steer would anyone know if a sole trader would be considered a body corporate when the rules refer only to partnerships and body corporate ?

Major thanks for a steer here !!!!

A sole trader is not a body corporate. At a guess the rules only refer to partnerships and body corporates as AML rules are primarily about knowing the identity of the person with whom you are dealing. It may not be immediately apparent who is calling the shots when it comes to a body corporate or a partnership.
