Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Gear Box Problem

    Hey guys,

I have a 2010 keeway speed 125 and today while on a roundabout I felt something fall off the bike. However it was the kickstart! It "kicked" me in the leg.

After that the bike came to a hault and refused to move. Tried everything to get it back into neutral (was in 1st) but no joy.

The bike ticks over but at first when I let the clutch go in first the bike would move but the kickstarter would also jerk forward (lethal!) and the bike would die a second later.

Even with the clutch in the bike refuses to move no matter what you try.

After a while now with the clutch in, the wheel spins and wont stop and higher revs the faster it spins with the clutch in (its like the clutch isn't there and it's stuck in 1st).

I'm really confused and now off the road, any idea what the problem might be? I'm thinking it could be the clutch but not 100% sure, am taking a look at it tomorrow.

Any help would be appreciated! Really annoying, I was lucky I was on a roundabout and going slow or else I would have been thrown off the bike.
