Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Thank you for any responses.

I think you should be able to request them, ask then see how it goes. If they refuse the a legal letter should suffice.

Thanks Shankspony, I was just wondering if I would be stepping on anyone's toes, this person may be very protective of their records due to the nature of their work.

They are your files and about you. you have the right to see them. If you move to a new doctor then they can request them also

You can make a data protection access request. Have a look at the data protection commissioners website for more info.

    Is your son an adult?

If you have a right to the records why would nature of their work matter? If you do not have this right how can you hope to get them anyway?
