    Hi,

    I'm looking for some software to connect all pcs on a LAN to some kind of memo system. Anybody have any experience?

    What kind of memo/data are we talking about? E-mail, group calendar/scheduling, shared task lists?

    Yeah, tasks are doable from most mail servers.

    Sounds kinda like evernote that you want though. Shared note taking capabilities.

    Or trello - I find it great for checklists - very good for groups.

    Blueface have the capability to send the voicemail to e-mail. This could easily be configured to be a group e-mail or filtered somehow based on the caller id.

    why not use a google docs spreadsheet shared amongst the users.

    would be easy to setup with all suitable coloums etc
