He was with the Bank of Ireland, Stephens Green and it was a negative equity sale(as most sales are nowadays) but it took that long for his bank to agree to the sale basically. He was a doctor too and we were suprised that it took that long!!

We applied through a Broker too and the bank that gave us the mortgage was KBC Homeloans.

Hold on in there and i hope you really get answers soon.
