Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

As the title says really. A neighbour of mine is currently out spraying the footpaths with weedkiller. Given that he's donned a face mask and protective gloves, I'm very concerned that whatever he's using is potentially toxic to dogs and cats. The areas he's spraying are public areas and not his property. I'm just wondering if what he's doing is legal or if I can get him stopped. I wouldn't even bother approaching him as he is essentially a gobs*ite with no liking or consideration for animals.

Any constructive advice would be appreciated.

You cant really stop him but if something was to happen to you or one of your children or perhaps a pet of yours, there could be a civil case to be taken.

Contact county council, make them aware of what he's doing. Remind said gob****e that the pavement is a public area so should any harm come from it, he will be liable

I think you should speak to him face to face and explain the situation I don't think any bad intentions was meant by it, he just wanted to get rid of the weeds really because if you don't say anything he will keep on doing it , judging by what you said I take it you own a pet and you wouldn't like if your dog/cat got poison from this.

Sadly speaking to him would be a waste of time. He only has to see a cat, including one of ours, walk past the gate and he's out with a yard brush to chase them away. He really wouldn't care if he poisoned someones pet.
