Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All

Got a refurbed iPad Mini today from Apple. When I plug in to the computer you hear the sound to say connected then it says "not charging" on the screen. It also gives error in iTunes.

When its plugged in to the wall plug it charges fine

Edit: I quit iTunes and opened again and it NOW shows as connected and I can sync to it. It still won't charge though

My ipad 2 doesn't charge when connected to my computer either, as far as I know it doesn't have enough power to do so, the ipad mini may be same.

    Thanks.
It seems to be a problem with USB powered not producing enough power or something. This was posted on Apple forums.

"As I understand it, the mini will need more power than the iPhone and iPod. Even tho your USB ports are powered, its still not enough. It is charging but at a VERY low rate. Nothing wrong with your mini's charging system. Just the way it is designed"
