trap advice

    hi all

    just looking for a bit of help, long and short of it is my traps are diff sizes, im shruging 50kg a side on olimpic bar but my left trap is developing more which to me seems odd as i am naturely right sided, should i start doing dumbell shrugs on my weeker side untill there even or what do ye advise ?

    has anyone else experianced this even with diff muscle groups ect?

    any toughts or advice is welcome

    Hi dude yeah i never really heard of this like is there that much diffrence in the size ? I would say to just keep doing shoulder work and see if it improves otherwise its a biy strange. Maybe a professional would have heard of this before if you could ask a trainer.
