Camping fishing and boat hire??

Anybody any ideas on a good spot for camping and a bit of pike fishing for the weekend?? And even better a place nearby with boat hire? Have tried lough Derravarragh but no joy as it ticks all the boxes. Preferably somewhere not jam packed with bodies and head cases everywhere ! Theres only the two of us so does anybody…

Theres only the two of us so does anybody know of a friendly farmer with a lake or river on his land that wouldn't mind a tent in his field for a night or two?? Boat hire close by would be an added bonus but not an essential. Based in Dublin so not too pushed on a four hour drive away in this heat! Thanks in advance!!
