Does anyone know of a nail bar like this?

I fear that this is too big of an ask but I'll try anyway! Does anyone know of a nail bar/beauty salon in Dublin within the area of approx Bray to the south, Dundrum to the west and Merrion to the north that:

Is open late on a Tuesday night;
Can accommodate two people at the same time and seated together/near each other; and
Is low key i.e. music not too loud, not too strong smells etc.

This would be for manicures. My friend has a moderate intellectual disability and doesn't cope well at all with overstimulation. But she really wants to get a manicure and I haven't been able to find somewhere that would work.

Can anyone suggest somewhere that might suit our needs? Thanks!

Mink.. always Mink. They're open until 8 on a Tuesday. The one in Donnybrook is lovely, small & quiet. The one in Ballsbridge is bigger so would probably be less suitable for your friend.
