appealing drink driving ban??

I received a 4year ban for refusal to give sample nearly 2 years ago. since then I lost my job due to alcoholism and iv ben to a treatment centre , im still attending an aftercare programme, AA meetings etc. I want to start looking for a job and getting my life back on track buts its very hard without a car :( does anyone…
