Hi, I'd like to apply for Higher Higher Certificate in Science in Computer Systems Management (BN026), but since I am not Irish I need to fill the form "Assesment of English Language Competency". I was just wondering if I have a chance getting on cource in case my level is only "Good User" instead of "Expert User"? Anyoney…
