    What I dont understand is why dont they issue you 3 or 4 cards, instead of one. The amount of hassle people would be spared by having a few spares is astronomical.

    A staff meeting has just been called in AIB, and the message has been sent out to even junior staff members that the treatment of this woman is "just not good enough"..
