Maybe people should stop leaving valuables visible in their cars?

    Derek Davis all the way.

I enjoyed Derek's programmes when he sat in for Joe.

He was intellegent and very easy to listen to, and never had to resort to telling his callers to "get a grip" if they said something he disagreed with.

He did over do it on calls relating to sailing, fishing and food though.

I always felt hungry after listening to him. :)

They could have a permanent garda, to catch them! Which would be quick.

We're too easy on our criticism of the Gardaí, judiciary.

The gardai can easily put up a sting to catch the fookers. I use those car parks regularly and you'll always see smashed glass on the ground. Only a couple of weeks ago two cars beside me had been broken into.

He kinda had a neutral northern brogue.

He did summers. I think Evelyn ? took over summers, and now recently Damien.

The latter just makes you frustrated listening.

    The Brekfast Show with Brek..

Caught the beginning of Brek while tripping over the cat to switch off the radio.

Did she say something about meeting the stars of Coronation St?

I thought they were all suspended during police investigations and court cases.

Fkn hell 1913.. And Einstein thought you had to travel at the speed of light to make time go in reverse... Turns out all you had to do was put your radio on 89.1 between 1.45-3pm... We'll be back at the battle of Waterloo before the end of the show.

A quick read of the thread suggests I missed absolutely nothing today.

Actually less than nothing if that's possible. I think today's episode was Lahn Lahn's version of Schrodinger's cat.

I just heard the first 20 mins today. Looks like I didn't miss much.

That BER guy on at the start, Donal Gilroy, was the same guy who told Joe not to be shouting him down a few weeks ago. Incidentally he's supposed to be running for FF in North Sligo in the next council elections.

The first 10 minutes was the highlight.

Thank god I have a meeting tomorrow at the same time. It really is dross at the moment.
