Sorry Bob, it's not PBH you want to be calling with that pun, Joe would have loved it.

I thought it was funny at the time, but it's only when you hear somebody else using your jokes you see how bad they are.. :-(

I'm still assuming that Joe left material to be spoon fed to Damo. PBH got rid of the first caller quite quickly. The next topic, the homeless man, PBH cut through the BS quite quickly, by asking the caller what was she going to do about it. Not alot was her response, so that topic ended quite quickly.

He spent a bit of time with the Ex drinker, but he probably didn't want to appear heartless, and the guy spoke very slowly and started his story from the age of 12, and still managed to move on before 3pm.

Im hoping he is going to speed through the topics that were left for Damo and he can start his own agenda, read, responsible broadcasting.

God I hate when people use measurements like 'yards'. We've had the metric system for a while now, use it.

"gerrup de metre!"..................nah, doesn't have the same oomph :D

Still haven't managed to lose my PBH Lahv Lahn virginity...., but judging by the thread PBHLL lacks the ridiculousness of a JDLL. Maybe it is true after all - there's no show like a Joe show.

Will try and catch one later this week.

Ladies, a T-shirt available in the online shop for those that fancy a bit of posh..

I'd advise a can of Red Bull beforehand. He's a bit soporific.

But still infinitely preferable to Joe :D

Very sexist of you JA, what about Mooney?;)

    Although his would likely read:
He'd do time in the prison yard,
For what he'd do to Jed-ward (allegedly)

Heidi, did you steal Joe's Dictionary Toilet Paper? ;)

There's another word I'd love to hear Joe (mis)pronounce or better still, explain.

    What did Pat Rabbitte say?

  • Registered Users Posts: 39,570 ✭✭✭✭Dan Jaman

There are quite a few folk in the hinterlands (and even the towns) who choose not to have a telly or are part of the Great World Wide Experience.
Pat Rabbitte is a bit of an ersehole, to be honest.
