    Right about now an American high tech firm's CEO has just asked his taxi driver to turn around and take him back to Dublin Airport. He was here to announce 50,000 jobs but decided to give them to Khazakstan instead now as their English is of a higher standard than what he just heard in the radio.

    People learn different things at different paces Syklops.

    While some may require assistance being fed, they may excell in other areas relative to their own ability.

    Why should they be denied the same access to the education their able bodied brothers and sisters rightly take for granted?

    I understood it that the child was not simply physically unable to feed herself, but that she didnt have the mental capacity.

    This is what I was trying to say. Theres a finite amount of money available. You can use the money to pay a teacher to teach children with advanced learning difficulties, or you could do something else like continue weekend respite care for people with other requirements.
